LUFS Broadcast Lite
Quick workflow
- Click Open file and select a mono or stereo WAV, AIFF or AIF.
- Analysis starts automatically and displays the waveform, LUFS, Short-Term, LRA and True Peak.
- Audition with Play/Pause or the space bar and navigate the waveform.
- Select a TV target or streaming preparation profile.
- Click Correct file, then choose the delivery folder.
- The corrected WAV and PDF report are created together. Use Show delivery to locate the folder.
Important
LUFS Broadcast Lite processes one programme at a time. This edition does not include video, radio or batch processing. Streaming profiles are Kinetic DSP preparation targets: always verify the specification supplied by your client or broadcaster.
Troubleshooting
Playback does not start
Check the selected output in System Settings > Sound, then reload the file.
Correction remains unavailable
Wait for automatic analysis to complete and confirm that the file is mono or stereo.
The WAV or PDF cannot be found
After correction, click Show delivery. Both files are placed in the selected folder.
Measurements differ from another tool
Compare the same standard, gating method, duration, channel layout and True Peak settings.
